After placing your order, we will promptly send an automated email with your order confirmation, summarizing, shipping, and billing details. Despite the confirmation, peak seasons or sales may lead to items selling out. In such cases, we will either refund the item or offer you an alternative color or product. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact us.

Upon packing your order, we will send another email with the parcel tracking information. Parcels are shipped with DB Schenker and typically arrive at the DB Schenker parcel agent closest to your address within 1-5 weekdays. Be aware that delivery times may extend during high demand or sales periods. You will receive information from DB Schenker on how and where to collect your parcel once it has reached the designated agent.
