To start with, please note that at the moment purchase through 2117.se is only available in Sweden. Therefore, we are only able to deliver orders to addresses within Sweden.

After placing your order, you will receive an automated email containing your order confirmation. This email includes a summary of your order, including shipping and billing details. It’s important to remember that during peak seasons and sales, an item may have become sold out even if you have received an order confirmation. In such cases, you will either be refunded for the sold-out item or provided with the option to change it to a different color or item.

Once your order is packed, you will receive another email with the tracking information for your parcel. Parcels are shipped with DB Schenker and typically arrive within 1-5 weekdays after placing your order. Please be aware that delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand or sales. Your parcel will be delivered to the DB Schenker parcel agent closest to your address. You will receive information from DB Schenker on how and where to collect your parcel once it has reached the designated agent.
